How the Solution Connects
The rubber-coated roller conveyor is positioned between the two belt conveyors. After adjusting its direction and incline, the junction forms a smooth transition to avoid noticeable impact on the goods. The built-in drive motor works with the rubber-coated rollers to ensure materials are steadily transferred from the upstream belt to the downstream belt, while keeping the roller rotation direction consistent with the original belt when docking at either end.
Operating Process and Labor Coordination
On-site personnel first clear the connection area, then move the conveyor into the planned position and adjust the leg height to align with the end faces of both belt conveyors. After powering on, they run a no-load test to confirm the roller rotation direction matches the belt conveyors, then start feeding goods. Personnel continuously observe conveying conditions and fine-tune the posture when necessary to respond to deployment changes.
