Scenario and Requirements
Boxed fruit needs to be conveyed directly from the rear of a 9.6-meter truck to the warehouse entrance, keeping the fruit cartons stable within a limited passage and preventing skewing or falling at corners. The continuous path of the gravity roller conveyor must align laterally with the truck bed to create a flat sliding surface, making the intermediate transfer step more compact.
How the Solution Connects
A 50 mm gravity roller conveyor is used at the front section to receive cargo from the truck bay, while a 38 mm roller section extends to the warehouse door. Connected together, they form a continuous transport surface. When folded and retracted, the legs can be quickly height-adjusted and the locking casters can fix the position; once unfolded, it can be rapidly docked to adjacent sections, ensuring lateral balance and allowing the fruit cartons to slide along the path through corners.

Operating Process and Labor Coordination
Workers fold the conveyor and push it to the rear of the truck. When unfolding it, they use the pedal-actuated locking casters to secure the position, and adjust the leg height to align with the truck bed and the ground. The mid folding joint can be unfolded or retracted at corners, while workers continue pushing the fruit cartons along the rollers, keeping the turning section unobstructed as well.
Changes After Use
The fruit cartons remain stable during lateral turns and are conveyed continuously to the warehouse via the two roller sections, reducing mid-route manual handling. Without any external power equipment, the unloading section between the truck and the warehouse is fully connected, improving overall continuity and the stability of goods transfer.
