Scenario and Requirements
The goods consist of carton-packaged milk, and the requirement is to move them directly into the warehouse after unloading from the truck, reducing repeated transfers between the truck and warehouse.
Operations take place between the truck and warehouse; the on-site vehicles include 9.6-meter trucks. The unloading bay needs to connect the trailer exit with the warehouse receiving area to form a continuous conveyance route, synchronizing unloading flow with warehouse intake.
How the Solution Connects
A skate wheel conveyor is used on site to transport the flat-bottomed carton goods.
One end of the equipment docks with the truck loading bay/trailer, while the other extends to the warehouse receiving point, enabling cartons to enter the conveyor directly after leaving the trailer and proceed to the warehouse.
Cartons move along the skate wheel conveyor by gravity or manual push; adjustments can be made according to stacking conditions and conveyance pace.

Operation Process and Human Coordination
During setup, the skate wheel conveyor is unfolded and positioned between the trailer and warehouse, securing both ends to ensure cartons smoothly reach the warehouse side after entering from the trailer.
While unloading, cartons enter the skate wheel conveyor from the trailer, travel to the warehouse receiving point, and when gaps or stacking changes occur, manual pushing and guidance keep the flow continuous.
In terms of human coordination, the truck side handles loading, while the warehouse side receives and stacks; both sides cooperate according to the on-site rhythm to avoid any disconnection between truck dispatch and warehouse intake.
Changes After Implementation
Once the equipment is in place, the truck-to-warehouse path becomes a direct conveyance route, reducing "transfer carrying" steps. Operations are broken into "loading—conveying—receiving, " allowing each side to focus on its current task.
At the same time, the temporary setup offers greater adaptability: the skate wheel conveyor can extend and turn, making it easier to adjust the connection when the spatial relationship between the trailer and warehouse changes.
