A custom incline conveyor and a roller conveyor with a custom 2-meter-high stand are combined on a site without a fixed platform to convey goods directly from the floor to an elevated cargo box, docking with a 9.6-meter truck body. In this layout, load-bearing continuity and height consistency are key to keeping goods flowing continuously, preventing stoppages or bouncing at transitions.
How the Solution Connects
The hydraulic lifting section of the medium hydraulic incline conveyor connects to the roller-conveyor segment via its top bracket, gradually raising the goods as the height changes. The end docks with the extendable-section multi-wedge-belt powered roller conveyor, forming a continuous path from the floor to the truck body. Both sections are equipped with start/stop, forward/reverse, and emergency stop controls for quick on-site response to pace changes. Operating Process & Manual Coordination
Workers place goods by type at the floor end (such as cartons, metal drums, and plastic drums), then start the conveyor line together when ready. They take turns adjusting the speed-control section of the multi-wedge-belt powered roller conveyor so the conveying speed stays consistent with the manual feeding rhythm. The medium hydraulic incline conveyor uses hydraulic adjustment with lockable swivel casters for quick positioning and stable operation; after fine-tuning to the truck-body height, operators continue monitoring the goods at the connection point.
Changes After Use
Goods can be conveyed directly from the floor to the elevated cargo box along the two-section equipment channel, reducing traditional manual lifting and transfer steps and making loading/unloading rhythm more stable.
