Scenario and requirements
The site is a small wine warehouse, and the cargo consists of crate-packed liquor. The goal is to transfer the crates directly from inside the warehouse to the van loading area outside, minimizing intermediate handling distances.
At the same time, there is a clear constraint on site: they aim to improve loading, unloading, and transfer efficiency at a lower cost.
How the solution connects
This operation uses a gravity skate wheel conveyor as a continuous transfer channel from the warehouse to the vehicle. The line extends from inside the warehouse to the van loading point outside, linking the "outbound door to the vehicle" into a direct path and reducing intermediate drops and transfers.
The channel is primarily suited to van loading; at the same time, the concept can also support 4.2-meter truck loading requirements (provided only as reference).

Structural and application advantages of the gravity skate wheel conveyor in unloading operations
Operation process and manual coordination
-
During operations inside the warehouse, workers place the crate-packed liquor at the gravity skate wheel conveyor inlet to complete loading.
-
The goods move along the conveyor toward the outside of the warehouse, reaching the van loading area directly.
-
Staff beside the vehicle receive the cargo and load it; during the process, the conveyor position can be flexibly adjusted with the loading point to maintain the continuous connection between the outbound door and the vehicle.
Changes after usage
After adopting the gravity skate wheel conveyor, equipment replaced part of the manual carrying distance, achieving direct transfer from the warehouse to beside the vehicle.
With a relatively low investment, the loading operation became more continuous, the transfer process smoother, and overall efficiency improved.
