Scenario and requirements
The first floor of the warehouse is used as the conveying starting point. Without a loading dock, empty baskets need to be sent to the second-floor work area. Staff prepare the empty baskets at the first-floor end and start the multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor mounted on the medium-duty hydraulic conveyor, ensuring each empty basket transfers smoothly into the vertical lifting section.
How the solution connects
The medium-duty hydraulic conveyor’s hydraulic lifting and the top support frame connect to the roller conveying section, forming a continuous passage between the lower warehouse floor and the second floor. The multi-wedge belt powered roller continuously pushes the empty baskets forward, maintaining powered drive and structural stability to achieve a seamless connection from the first floor to the second floor.
Workflow and coordination with manual labor
Operators place empty baskets in sequence at the first-floor end and monitor the conveying rhythm. The startup sequence linking the rollers and the hydraulic conveyor is coordinated by staff; if necessary, the flow can be adjusted via emergency stop or forward/reverse commands. After reaching the second floor, receiving staff relay in sync between the discharge end and the conveyor infeed, transferring baskets securely.
Changes after use
The successful transfer of empty baskets from the first floor to the second floor validates the adaptability of the medium-duty hydraulic conveyor combined with the multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor in sites without a loading dock, retaining manual staging and receiving while ensuring continuous transfer.
