Scenarios and requirements.
This feed mill requires continuously conveying bagged feed from the second floor down to the first floor. There is a height difference between levels, so the equipment must provide stable transitions between the two surfaces while accommodating the shape of bagged goods.
How the solution connects.
The double-wing conveyor is equipped with a hydraulic lift system to adjust the conveying angle, bridging the height difference between the second and first floors. The dual belt symmetric structure clamps and supports bagged goods, ensuring stable conveying on the inclined section.

Operation workflow and human coordination.
Workers place bagged feed onto the conveyor at the second-floor end, the equipment continuously conveys the goods to the first-floor end, where personnel receive and organize them. Human intervention focuses on loading and unloading ends while the equipment handles the inter-floor conveyance.

Changes after implementation.
After introducing the equipment, inter-floor transfer of bagged feed is continuously handled by the double-wing conveyor, reducing workers’ back-and-forth transport between floors.
