Scenario & Requirements
Using a 9.6-meter truck to carry boxed goods, a continuous operating chain is formed between the truck-compartment floor and the ground stacking point. The goal is to transfer goods from the compartment floor down to the ground smoothly without interrupting manual coordination, so that ground staff can then stack them onto pallets in a centralized manner.
How the solution connects
Workers first use handcarts to push boxed goods laterally to the rear of the truck compartment, then place them directly onto the gravity skate-wheel conveyor. Using the 750 mm height difference to the ground, the conveyor lets the goods slide by gravity, linking the truck-compartment floor and the ground work area into a continuous flow path and reducing back-and-forth manual carrying across the compartment floor.

Operating process & labor coordination
After the gravity skate-wheel conveyor is set up on site, workers inside the truck use handcarts to send batches of goods onto the conveyor, which transfers them down to the ground. Ground workers receive the sliding boxes and immediately stack them onto pallets to maintain the transfer rhythm. The material passage between the truck compartment and the ground is continuously sustained through human-machine coordination.

This step establishes a stable flow between the truck compartment and the ground, shortening both the transport path and transfer time. It ensures goods move smoothly from the compartment floor to the ground, providing a steady material input for subsequent pallet stacking.
