Scenario and requirements
In the last ten meters between the truck compartment and the system, the smart cloud warehouse deploys an O-belt powered roller conveyor to smoothly convey light goods from the unloading opening to the smart system’s input end. When connecting the work area, it is compatible with 7.6-meter and 9.6-meter trucks, ensuring continuous cargo flow between the unloading opening and the warehouse entrance.
How the solution connects
The O-belt drive structure, together with a telescopic frame and steerable casters, completes the connection between the truck side and the in-warehouse work area, allowing goods to advance steadily within the arranged channel while roller-and-belt coordination buffers changes in elevation. The control system includes start/stop, forward/reverse, emergency stop, and stepless speed control of 0.3-40 m/min. The rhythm from truck unloading to cloud-warehouse input can be gradually synchronized via the manual control panel; when necessary, the front-end extension or angle is adjusted to keep the conveyor head closely aligned with the truck opening.

Operating workflow and manual coordination
After the truck parks, staff guide the conveyor end to approach the truck compartment, adjust the support-leg height, and lock the swivel casters so the rollers fit closely against the truck body. They then use the control panel to start/stop, adjust speed, and switch direction, making real-time adjustments according to the cloud-warehouse input pace. When needed, they manually assist with lateral steering to prevent misalignment between the conveyor and the cloud-warehouse system.
Changes after use
The O-belt rollers allow goods to enter the smart cloud warehouse directly along the conveyor line, integrating unloading and inbound storage into one process and reducing the frequency of manual handling. For lightweight goods, it provides a stable transfer channel, improving docking efficiency between the cloud-warehouse end and the truck-compartment interface.
