The on-site boundary was limited to confirming that a skate wheel conveyor would complete the direct transfer from the truck door to the warehouse.

How the Solution Connects

The skate wheel conveyor serves as the connecting channel between the truck door and the warehouse entrance, forming a continuous conveying path. The equipment docks at the truck door and creates a stable drop-off/transfer point on the warehouse side, facilitating a smooth handover for loading the goods onto the warehouse floor.

The overall layout centers on "truck door → direct transfer → warehouse, " ensuring smooth handoffs at both ends.

Operational Process and Manual Coordination

After the truck is in position, the skate wheel conveyor is docked at both the truck door and the warehouse receiving point, and workers first confirm that the handoff on the conveyor is smooth.

During unloading, goods enter the conveyor from the truck door and are transferred toward the warehouse; upon arrival at the warehouse side, workers receive and move the goods onward for sorting and stacking.

After the operation, the equipment is removed and the receiving area is restored.

Changes After Implementation

After using the skate wheel conveyor, the unloading route forms a shorter transfer path of "truck door → direct transfer → warehouse.".

On-site coordination is organized around the transfers at both ends of the conveyor: the truck door side feeds goods onto the conveyor, and the warehouse side receives and handles them, reducing repeated intermediate handling.
