Scenario and requirements
A 7.6-meter truck drives into the site carrying boxed ceramic washbasins. The goal is to bypass intermediate handling steps and move the cartons directly from the truck compartment to the warehouse, using rollers to create a transition between the loading area and storage area and to stabilize the unloading rhythm.
How the solution connects
Based on the truck-compartment height and the warehouse passage, 38 mm gravity rollers are set up first, then connected to a 50 mm section to form a continuous conveying chain from the compartment to the storage area. The telescopic structure adapts to different gaps, the support legs are manually adjusted to match height differences, and the wheeled system with locking casters holds the overall position after positioning, making fine adjustment between the truck and the warehouse easier.

Operating workflow and manual coordination
Operators unfold the roller sections in sequence, adjust the angle, and lock the support legs so the 38 mm section and the 50 mm section maintain the same incline at the joint, ensuring cartons transition smoothly as they extend onto the next section. During unloading, cartons slide down the rollers by gravity; personnel at the end receive and organize them at the warehouse entrance while using the locking-caster support legs to keep the conveyor line stable.
Changes after use
The rollers take on the main role of gravity conveying, allowing workers to focus more on front-end unfolding and adjustment and on end guidance, concentrating handling steps at the two ends. The two roller specifications quickly match gaps between different trucks and the storage area, reducing repeated handling and keeping the site layout flexible for adjustments.
