Scenario and requirements
A poly-V belt powered roller conveyor deployed in the outdoor section handles the transfer of basketed vegetables between two warehouses. The equipment must withstand wind and rain to avoid disrupting the vegetable-handling rhythm. The installed waterproof motor and waterproof electrical box keep the drive circuit energized even on rainy days, ensuring the outdoor extension section continues running.

How the solution connects
The poly-V belt drive structure maintains a stable transition of baskets between buildings by wrapping the rollers and drive shaft. Even if the outdoor passage telescopes, the structure’s elasticity and tension prevent cargo shaking and keep the connection path continuous. The supporting waterproof power unit provides reliable power at the transfer section; without frequent maintenance, it keeps the conveying circuit continuously energized, creating a stable link between the two buildings.
Operating workflow and manual coordination
Staff at the starting warehouse place baskets according to the conveying rhythm; manual loading provides the initial conveying momentum, and the conveyor extends to the other building. Personnel at the destination and conveyor end work together at the outlet to unload, organize the baskets, and move them indoors, forming a closed-loop loading/unloading process that connects indoor and outdoor areas. Manual pacing runs through the entire inter-building conveying process.
Changes after use
The waterproof configuration keeps the rainy-day section running continuously, eliminating the need to interrupt operations due to weather changes, so the vegetable-handling rhythm can be maintained. The poly-V belt roller transmission provides smooth pushing, reducing the impact of the outdoor environment on performance. Human-machine coordination forms a solid connection between the start and end points, ensuring reliable cross-warehouse transfer.
