Scenario and requirements
In the enoki mushroom factory warehouse, finished baskets need to be transferred from one area of the warehouse to another after production. The core on-site demand is to quickly and continuously deliver the baskets from the production line discharge point to the designated warehouse location.
At the same time, the warehouse layout and traffic needs may change, so the transfer channel must offer layout flexibility to connect different positions.

How the solution connects
On site, a multi-wedge belt powered roller conveyor connects to the discharge end after basket loading, forming a transport channel from the starting point to the destination inside the warehouse for cross-area transfer of finished baskets.
The solution focuses on path adaptability: by allowing arbitrary extension, contraction, and turning, the transport line can adjust to changes in warehouse layout and traffic needs instead of being fixed to a rigid straight path.

Operation workflow and human coordination
Upstream, once the production line finishes, the filled baskets are handed over to the roller conveyor at the discharge end and enter the conveyor for transfer.
During transfer, the roller conveyor handles cross-area transportation within the warehouse, steadily moving the finished baskets from the start to the target location.
Human coordination appears mainly at both ends: feeding/hand-off at the starting side; receiving/transfer coordination at the ending side. After the baskets arrive at the other area of the warehouse, they enter subsequent processing/placement stages (this description stops at arrival and transfer).
Changes after use
After implementation, the transfer paths inside the warehouse became much easier to adjust, and the site emphasized having "very high flexibility." When warehouse layout or traffic needs change, the conveyor path can quickly adapt through telescoping and turning.
As a result, finished baskets can be steadily transported from one area to another, reducing reliance on interim handling while still retaining human handoffs at both ends to ensure smooth transfer and subsequent processing.
