Scenario & Requirements
Cartoned fruit from the production line needs to continuously enter the warehouse via the conveyor line, with no gaps at operating nodes. During movement, cartons must avoid slipping or impacts caused by heavy pressure, which could damage the outer boxes and affect product integrity. On-site personnel observe both ends of the conveyor to ensure someone takes over at transfer points so cartons maintain a stable path throughout.
How the Solution Connects
The multi-wedge-belt powered rubber-coated roller conveyor takes over from the end of the production line and runs directly to the warehouse entrance, forming a continuous line between the two sections. Operating Process & Manual Coordination
After startup, operators monitor conveying status at both ends. When necessary, they switch between forward and reverse to clear minor jams, and press the emergency stop button if an abnormal situation occurs. Another person on site continuously fine-tunes the leg height and locks the caster wheels to control the conveyor’s extension range, keeping each node stable and orderly during handoff.
Changes After Use
After deploying this conveyor, the transfer of cartoned fruit from the production line to the warehouse remains continuous, and manual handling intervention points are significantly reduced; staff at each node can focus on docking and end-of-line arranging.
