Scenario & Requirements
A 7.6 m truck handles the loading and unloading of large boxed goods, but there is no fixed loading dock on site, and there is a clear height difference between the truck and the ground. Carton length can reach 2 m. To reduce handling steps, the goods need to move directly in and out of the truck body, avoiding instability caused by lifting each item up and down.
How the Solution Connects
The medium hydraulic conveyor is adjusted to the truck opening via its hydraulic lifting structure. Multi-wedge-belt powered roller conveyors at the truck end and the ground end are connected in sequence, keeping the line extended in a straight run. The conveyor’s telescopic section fits against the inner wall of the truck body and, together with the top bracket of the hydraulic conveyor, forms a continuous line from the ground through the hydraulic conveyor into the truck body, achieving mechanical alignment.

Operating Process & Manual Coordination
Operators first use hydraulic lifting to align the hydraulic conveyor with the truck body, then start the roller conveyors at the truck end and the ground end in sequence, allowing goods to enter or exit the truck along the conveyor. Personnel guide the cartons at both ends to keep them aligned and prevent drift, while also watching the conveyor condition to ensure stable transfer at corners.
Changes After Use
After the connection is completed, 2 m-long boxed goods can be loaded and unloaded continuously along the same conveyor line, reducing the frequency of single-item handling. Line stability and docking rhythm are improved together, making the workflow between the truck body and the warehouse smoother.
