The non-powered gravity telescopic roller conveyor does not require a motor; it moves by gravity or manual pushing, making it suitable for scenarios where power access is inconvenient or the budget is sensitive.

The powered telescopic roller conveyor is driven by a motor and can convey stably on level ground or with a slight slope, making it suitable for loading/unloading and in-warehouse transfer that require continuous pace, speed control, or direction switching.

The powered type typically includes forward/reverse operation, variable-speed control, and emergency stop functions.

  • Make sure the floor is level and stable to avoid misalignment at the connection point or abnormal roller loading caused by uneven ground

  • When connecting multiple sections, pay attention to alignment and transition at the interfaces to reduce the risk of jamming and falling
