Before the operator puts the machine into actual operation, please first pay attention to the operating conditions provided in the technical data. This machine has stable performance, but improper user setup (installation) or use may cause certain functions or phenomena to be mistaken for a fault. Therefore, when a problem occurs, first check whether it is caused by improper installation or use, and carefully observe the machine's condition to identify the cause.
If the problem cannot be resolved, please contact us to obtain the necessary service. The company assumes no responsibility if safe standards are not met during operation, running, maintenance, or repair, even if these terms are not stated in this manual.
1. Handling and transportation process
- During handling and hoisting, the telescopic conveyor line should be protected from heavy swinging and collisions
- To prevent damage to the telescopic conveyor line and parts, handle with care and do not apply heavy pressure
- Use a powered forklift for normal loading and unloading handling
- When receiving the goods, please check whether they were damaged during logistics transportation, and inform us promptly if there is any damage
2. Installation precautions
Places where installation should be avoided
- Places exposed to direct sunlight (affects motor heat dissipation)
- Places that may be exposed to rainwater, dripping pipes, or moisture (may cause motor short circuits and machine rust)
- Locations with flammable gas or materials around them
- Locations with chemical gas or corrosive gas (such as electroplating tanks and electrolytic cells)
3. Installation and Use
1. Align the rack groove with the load-bearing shaft and snap it on
2. Tighten the screws on both sides, then place the roller conveyor line onto the rack
3. Connect the roller conveyor line to the incline conveyor aviation plug, then plug in the power to use it
4. After plugging in the power, the control box will show a power indicator:
a. Green button: Up
b. Red button: Down
c. Black switch: Forward/Reverse
d. With arrow: Emergency stop
4. Routine Maintenance
1. Check whether the hydraulic cylinder hose is leaking oil, and handle it promptly
2. 使用一段时间后，链条需加润滑油
3. 使用一段时间发现输送力不够时，把两边的螺丝抽紧
五、电器系统使用说明
电源要求
1. 电压不稳定的地区请安装稳压器
2. 单机 220V 电源请勿利用 1 条 380V 火线和 1 条接地线，一定要接地线
3. 电源线必须符合标准，勿过于细小
电控箱操作方法
1. 开机前检查项目：确认正确接入电源（电控箱标注单相电源接 220V 电压，三相电源接三相 380V 电压）
a. 确认妥善接地
2. 启动运行：旋开控制箱上的急停开关
a. 旋转选择正转或反转开关
故障排查方法
1. 插上电源后，指示灯不亮
a. 排查：检查空开是否打开，是否正确接入电源
2. 指示灯亮，变频器面板不亮
a. 排查：检查变频器输入电源及数据线是否脱落
b. 判断：变频器通电后，里面有个小风扇运转，可以听声音判断是否已通电
3. 变频器正常运行，但电机不转
a. 排查：检查变频器输出线（U、V、W）及快速接头线路
b. 判断：连接设备的线路，有一组线路脱落
4. 变频器出现故障代码
a. 排查：检查变频器输出线（U、V、W）开始的线路
b. 判断：有一组线路脱落碰线或变频器损坏
c. 解决方法：把控制箱和设备的线路连接处分开
i. 控制箱通电检查是否正常
ii. 如不正常，拆开变频器的（U、V、W）三组线再测试
iii. 如仍不正常，可能是变频器已烧坏
iv. 如不是变频器问题，则检查线路
5. 电机有声音但不转
a. 判断：电机有一组线路脱落或断掉
b. 解决方法：拆开电机线盒检查
6. 设备有静电及漏电
a. 排查：外接插排是否有地线及是否妥善接地
i. 检查相关的电源线是否破皮漏芯等存在漏电风险现象
