- During operation, operators must not leave their posts and should closely monitor the equipment’s running status.
- Watch the belt’s behavior; if you notice misalignment, slipping, or other abnormalities, stop the machine and adjust promptly.
- Never place tools, debris, or other items on the belt to avoid disrupting normal operation or creating safety hazards.
- If the equipment malfunctions, stop it immediately and notify maintenance staff for inspection; do not disassemble or repair the equipment on your own.
- Operators must strictly follow the equipment's load specifications and must not overload it.
3. After operation
- After the equipment stops running, promptly clean dust and debris from its surface.
- Inspect all components for damage or wear, and replace any as needed.
- Turn off the equipment power and perform routine maintenance and upkeep.
