Provided the equipment is properly positioned and docked, sofa loading can be organized as a two-person coordinated operation. It is recommended to follow the sequence of "equipment placement and docking → loading and conveying → transition into the truck and securing.".
1) Equipment placement and docking
- Position the hydraulic conveyor: Face the hydraulic conveyor toward the truck compartment and align the whole unit with the centerline of the compartment as much as possible, leaving sufficient space for loading and turning.
- Lock the wheels: Lock the casters to prevent the equipment from shifting during conveying.
